Q: downloading windows support software

I am trying to install windows 10 by using bootcamp on my MacBook pro 13 early 2015 with OS X El Capitan but with little success.After selecting the size of the windows partition a loading screen appears with "Partitioning disk" which after a while changes to "Downloading Windows support software". At this point it gets stuck. I have tried several times but nothing changes.

I do not know what I am doing wrong and i would appreciate any help, Thanks.

Are you connected to the Internet using Wireless connection? If yes, try an Ethernet connection.

Please also ensure that you meet Requirements for Software Update Service - Apple Support .
