Ocassionally my iphone 6 plus will stop responding. It will open an app, the screen will go blank, then the aop craahes. On every app. Help?!?

Tried this. It helped for a couole minutes then the problem came back.
iOS 9.1 screen going blank on all apps before they eventually crash? System also slow to respond??
