MY Apple TV freezes and needs to be restarted about every 15 minutes while streaming video. I read there was a recall in the past the past and wanted to know if mine is eligible.
Apple TV, iOS 9.1
That program was a few years ago and is over, it still required one to troubleshoot the network. What have you done to verify your network ?
All my other devices work no problem. I'm able stream content with no problems on my iPad, Smart TV, and other devices.
Other devices working does not rule out a network issue
If on wifi try Ethernet
To see a current status of the network get a report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise and nearby networks
Test on another network
Appletv constantly freezes and needs to be restarted.
