Hey guys, my MacBook Pro stopped working, Apple's Support said its processor had died, but apparently the Hard Disk is still working. If it is possible, how could I get my personal files back? I can't remember what OS version was installed in it, can you help me?

Remove its hard drive, put it in an enclosure, and copy the files off. The OS on it doesn't matter when doing this.

Of course it is much simpler to back everything up before the computer dies but of course it is too late for that now so you are going to have to do what Neil suggested or lose your data. It is up to you.
