Files saved to iCloud Drive disappeared

I was working on Pages and all of the sudden it wouldn't save. I closed out and now none of my Pages files that were stored on the iCloud Drive are there anymore. I can't figure out how to get them back. I checked and I'm signed in and the Pages box is checked. Any suggestions? Thanks!
