Logging issue with icloud account

Apple Community,

I have logging issue with my icloud account on one of my apple devices (iphone). I use same icloud account for multiple devices. I use all the devices in USA, but the one device that I used initially in USA and send to India has been having issues. Now i am not able to login into icloud account on the iphone in India.

How I can address the issue? How can I change the icloud account on that device?
