How to erase iphone without display, lock button and icloud account?

I have an iPhone4S. The lock button does not work. After I dropped it the LCD display is also gone. I can see black lines all over my phone. The touch works perfectly [I can answer calls by approx. gauging where I have to slide]. When I was trying to erase my phone in icloud.com, I removed my phone by mistake from Find my iphone. So now my phone is not registered with an iCloud ID.
