The last couple of days, I have not been able to clear off the red notification bubbles from my recent calls (on the home screen) or the voicemail notification bubble from the phone screen (recent, keypad, contacts, etc.). I have tried turning the phone off/on and resetting the home screen. I have NO recent calls listed nor do I have any voicemails that have not been deleted.
I am using an iPhone 5s with iOS 9.1
Any solutions?

Reset the iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
This did not work. Still have both red indicator bubbles.
