Hey Arya24,
Yes, there is another way to get the apps that you have purchased on your iPhone and into iTunes.
You can do that by looking at your purchases in the iTunes Store. You will then see a list of apps that can be downloaded for your safe keeping within iTunes. I have outlined the specific steps below.
Download your past purchases

From iTunes:
- Open iTunes.
- Click More in the upper-left corner.
- Choose Apps from the menu.
- If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Under Quick Links on the right side of the App Store, click Purchased.
- Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
- Scroll to find the item that you want to download.
- Click the Download icon in the upper-right corner of the item you want to download. Your app downloads to your library. If an app is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.
Have a good day
