Nail polish remover on my keyboard. Should I be worried?

I spilt a very small amount of nail polish remover on my keyboard, about a teaspoon amount and I tried to clean it up quickly but it still smells like acetone. I turned of my laptop scared of damage and an hour later I turned it on again. Everything seems to be fine keys all work, lights all work. Should I be worried about any internal damage?
