How can I save my videos from icloud sharing to my phone or laptop?

ctrl-click on the video and choose import from the contextual menu.

I'm sorry but I don't understand. The videos I wish to download are saved in iCloud Sharing on my iPhone but the option for saving them to my iPhone is greyed out.
IF they are in shared albums on your phone, they will also be in shared albums on your Mac. You can only save photos on your phone.
