Instagram on my 6plus won't work

Following the update on October 28th, 2015 my Instagram app no longer functions. It crashes every time I open it and will redirect me to the homescreen. I've literally tried everything and nothing seems to work until now (Nov.26,2015). All the other apps on my 6plus work fine but for whatever reason Instagram isn't.

Things I've tried:

> Restart my phone.

>Delete & re-install the Instagram app (done this about 5x).

>Clear cache (don't see the need for it since I have a 128GB and ample of space.)

>Waited for the following updates after and still hasn't resolved the problem.

>App support didn't help.

>Syncing the app through iTunes, still doesn't help.

Currently on iOS 9.1.

Is there anyone that can help me out??

Instagram just released a new update recently.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the new version, otherwise contact instagram by visiting this link: https://help.instagram.com/contact/364531043625021

You said you tried iTunes, try downloading it onto your computer then uninstall and reinstall it via syncing.

(I went through the same prob with a different app and then I did the above by syncing and it worked)
