Flash for video
IS there a way to use the flash as a backlash get when shooting a video, or is there an app in the store that can be used for this.

Note: This response apply's to iOS 9.1 and may be different in other iOS version. But the app should be the same.
You can try the following steps:
Step one: Open video app
Step two: Select the lightning (flash) icon in the top, left-hand corner.
Step three: Select Auto, On or Off
Note: if the flash is set to ON (not auto) it will start shining, even if you aren't recording yet.
