Photos imported from iPad to PC are extremely dull
Hi, I use the drawing app Procreate very often and have always emailed myself the finished pieces to upload to the internet through my laptop. However, I also noticed that my work seemed very dull and dark in comparison to other people's word. I draw using very bright colors a lot of the time, so I couldn't tell why. That is, until I realized that they just looked so much darker on the computer in general. The only Apple product I use is and iPad, so I'm transferring to a laptop running Windows 10. My iPad is a second gen model MC770LL/A running iOS 9.1. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite S55-C5274.
Here is a picture of the two displays side by side. The iPad is so bright that the camera can't quite handle it, while the computer is much darker and more blue, rather than teal. In real life, the difference is even more apparent. The computer image is so dulled that I can't even come close to making it look like it should with Photoshop. I can mess with the hue and saturation and color curves all I'd like, but the image is too far changed.
Another thing--when I save the image and email it back to my iPad, it looks fine again. It's something about being on the computer that makes it look so terrible.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
