Bootcamp

I have a dumb question. I am planning on purchasing the Windows 10 Home USB version.

According to what I am reading, Bootcamp also requires me to download the ISO from Microsoft.

But I am confused, isn't the ISO already in the purchased USB drive that came from Microsoft ?

I know it sounds silly, but I am a bit confused on it. This is my first time working with bootcamp.
