Newsstand app NOT available on

Hello,

I am using iphone5 with iOS9 (9.1), and post upgrade I was expecting 'newsstand' app to be available on my phone. However, its still NOT there. Earlier i.e. before I upgraded to iOS9, I had deleted the 'newsstand app' from phone.

I can't see to find a way to get it back, any help or pointers would be very helpful.
