Someone has changed my apple id password and then with help of FIND iPhone app blocked my MacBook Pro. What shoul i do??? Now I am asked to enter PIN

Take the MBP along with proof of ownership into your nearest Apple Store and see if they can help you. Make an appointment for the Genius Bar before going in. They are the only ones who might be able to help you.
You will need absolute proof of ownership before they will attempt anything.
