IPhone5 battery replacement program

Two years back I bought an iphone 5 in USA and now I am facing battery related problems. I have checked that there is one iphone5 battery replacement program is going on by Apple and my iphone is eligible for that. But now I am in India and can not go back to USA. Am I still eligible and get my phone repaired in India??
