Icloud issues

Hey guys,

So for about a month now my Ipad and Iphone 4 have been playing up. Neither of them will let me log out of Icloud or my apple account, but it keeps asking for me to enter the icloud and apple password. Yet it is not accepting my password, I've changed my password so it's correct. I have tried multiple times and it never works, i have tried everything i could think of but nothing is working. I am unable to update or view itunes or the app store due to it.

Someone please help i do not know what else to try
