My mouse won't scroll up or down in email folders on my Mac. Is this a Yahoo problem or something the Apple support can help with.

More likely to be Yahoo mail. Yahoo have a history of mail scrolling problems. Have you checked their forums. And are you using the new MM2 Magic mouse?
There are some web pages that I must click the cursor into some part of the visible page (NOT a link or image) to bring FOCUS so that I can use the arrow keys to scroll.
A perfect example is here in ASC -- when I invoke the [Reply] button to post this very message, when it displays the updated thread - my arrow-key scrolling does NOT function - UNTIL I click the cursor anywhere = then all is right == try it - here AND at YahooWebMail (Both are using JavaScript to 'run' the pages)
