you have to use migration assistant. Its built into your mac so you can transfer the data from one Mac to another.
to be honest i can't really tell you if it will be easy or not. This will depend on how tech savy you are. If you get stuck, check out a local Apple store. They should be able to help you

- Apple may provide a system whereby users acquire points for various activities.
- Do not 'game' the system. You agree to not create multiple IDs or otherwise manipulate the points system.
- Do not ask for points. If you feel the system is not clear to users, please provide feedback to Apple; do not instruct other users unless they ask.
