I am using I phone 6 with net work 3 mobile unlimited data plan with 4G if I buy I pad air can I use my datas through hotspot with same speed of 4 G and without effecting my data plan ?

i am using iPhone 6 with 4G internet unlimited data plan the service provider is 3 mobile . If I buy a iPad Air can connect it over hotspot with same 4G speed without effecting my data plan? Please advise me
