applenews.tech attack

In Safari on iPad IOS 9.1 my screen is locked by a website called applenews.tech and it seems to be some kind of fake. How could I exit from it? I've tried to restart the iPad but that doesn't help

Navigate to Settings/ tap Safari / select Clear History and website data

If it does not help your router may be hacked. See Check the instructions on this page : http://www.thesafemac.com/how-to-manage-a-hacked-wireless-router/

Try double clicking the home button and swiping the Safari preview up to force close it. If the same website reloads double click the home button again. This time try tapping the two squares in the upper right corner before the page reloads. If you're quick youcan delete the thumbnail by tapping the tiny x.

If the above doesn't work go to settings> Safari> Clear history and website data.
