MMy husband logged onto my iPad for his BT mail account and logged off. Now when I click twice to show all my open apps etc his last email page appears now and then. When I click onto it it disappears being replaced by a Safari page. We have tried everything to get rid of it but no luck. Any ideas?
iPad Air, iOS 7.1.2
Try to restart your device.
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on this device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
If this does not help, restore your device to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data

What if you slide up the open mail app? Then go back to Safari and access any website. Double tap home button. Does his mailbox (snapshot) still show up in the list of open apps?

Your issue seems to have nothing to do with the original post. Start your own post and explain what your issue is. Who is "he"? What does this have to do with your iPad?
If someone has unauthorized access to you email, change the password on the account.
