I've been waking up in the middle of the night at around 3 and all of my apple apps like maps and calculator are open and I didn't open them neither did anyone else. So I think my phone is getting hacked
iPhone 6, iOS 9.1
There is no way your iPhone may be hacked or controlled remotely. Someone should have physical access to your device or you have accidentally clicked on something.

Do you mean the apps are showing in recents? If so, what you're seeing appears to be the way iOS 9.1 is working. Some of the built in apps always appear there. It's nothing to worry about.
Waking up and all my apps are open by them selves
