IOS 9.1 lag???

Hi Apple,

I have a problem with my iphone 6s, i already update 9.0.2 to 9.1 but 9.1 LAG. I'm so angry, i already restore my iphone too but the same the first time. I was update by iTunes not OTA or wifi. Please HELP and FIX for me, thank you
