How long is it untill icloud will be able to sync calenders in outlook 2016

I want my PC to work as it did with office 2010 together with my IPhone 4. The only thing that is holding this back is the sync between outlook 2016 and ICloud. Is there anyone who knows when a update of ICloud will be released. For now I uses ICloud 5.0 for Windows and Office 365 for windows PC.
