Photos folder structure query

I wonder if anyone can help?

I am a photographer and I am looking to utilise iCloud for my work. My concern is around folder structure.

Is there a way that sub folders can be created?

For example, Folder 1 'Photoshoot x' then sub folders 'Model 1' Model 2' etc

The advantages of my DSLR to iPad are easy to get (ease of use, mobility, immediacy) and most of my portraits require little editing (Lightoom is overkill for me) as I compose fairly well pre capture. I am also happy to bypass RAW for file size as most images are shared via the web.

Maybe it is just me but I find the lack of sub folders a real issue.
