I created a Word doc by copy/paste from website. I can not print in black and white as in a "Text only" doc. How do I print my doc in Black and White?

I copied and pasted several business addresses from their websites. The name of the businesses appear in blue to link their website and now my printer will not all the document to print in black and white even though I have stopped the Hyperlinks and set print settings before sending to the printer. I am a new mac user so I am sure there is a simple answer that I am unaware of. Help!
