Q: When I click on a open in itunes store link it takes me to download itunes page instead of opening my itunes. How can I resolve this issue?

Try these steps:

• Restart your computer.
• Sign out and back in to your account.
• Reinstall iTunes. Before installing a fresh version, disable the antivirus software. You will find iTunes for Windows here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
