When I'm listening music and open the camera app to take a photo, music stops

When I'm listening to music and open the camera app to take a photo (not video, that would be reasonable), music stops. Doesn't matter if I open camera in lockscreen or Springboard, this action stops the music.

I'm use to walk, or go to the park, or when I travel to other places, I visit this places listening to music or listening info about that place, and if like something I see, I take a photo of that, but I was use to keep listening music. It is very annoying that music stops.

In previous versions of the software iOS this issue didn't happen with camera photo.

I have an iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1, And I have tried without live photo, and with live photos, and it keeps happening in all scenarios

PLEASE FIX this issue APPLE.
