Error 403

Hi all. I keep getting an Error 403 when I do one particular search on my mac. It keeps coming up error 403. I have never had this before and am a little confused as to why or how to get rid of it. Any ideas?

The web site is a professional address for reflexology. I can access it on my phone but not on my laptop. Confused > Yes !!!!!

Firewall is on, no parental controls on, no antimalware / antivirus apps installed.

I tried to search from google but same thing.

I have found though that if I search for a specific area within the professional reflexology web site everything came up ok and I got straight in. Is it the address?

Also no problem searching via my iPhone went straight to the web site with no problems.
