Fault- it just stopped recognizing the data cable and reflect a message which says ' the data cable or accessory is not certified and may not work properly this iPad'
NOTE- this is the original data cable provided by Apple Store

First thing is to reset the iPad. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake and keep pressing until you see the Apple logo. Then let the device restart. Once the iPad is up and running again try the cable. If you still get the failure message the cable may have developed a fault and requires replacement. If the cable is less than one year old take it to an Apple store to have it examined by a technician.
