what device you may have to connect the device to a power usb hub if it require too much current

u ports are disabled, regardless what device I'm connecting, I'm using a HP 6500 officejet Printer, External hard disk, and Flash memory sometimes. But the printer doesn't work at all sometimes, and that message always showing in the to right corner of my IMa, saying that (USB disabled)
