Why are the security questions on my US itunes/Appstore account in Chinese?

I tried buying some software on the Mac App store (from my new iMac). Because it is a new computer that has not accessed this account before, the App store sent me for Security verification. However the security questions are in Chinese/Japanese (not sure). Ehy is this happening and how can I get to English security questions so that I can make my purchase?


System: El Capitan

Computer: IMac Retina 5K Late 2014

iTunes account: US
