Bootcamp gone after resize partitioning

I've same issues like this thread : https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7331535

Before problems happened, my bootcamp partition was on disk0s3 with named 'BOOTCAMP'. After resize the windows partition, the disk can't be mounted. I tried the solution from the thread, but the partition still same as before.
