I cannot use HBO GO in my Apple TV 3th Gen in Venezuela. Anyone knows how to do it ?

I bought a Apple TV 3th Gen few months ago. I live in Venezuela. I have Directv (authorized dealer of HBO GO). I can see HBO GO in my iPhone or Tablet, but in my Apple TV not.

When I clic in HBO GO in my Apple TV, the application didn't complete the charge or doesn't open the menu for me. is only black screen charging and charging.

Anyone knows how to do it ?
