Recover photos from Itunes backup

Hi, so I had recently backed up my iPhone to my PC because it had been a while, I wanted to restore and recover from a backup. This is the first backup I had done in a month. When I tried to recover from the backup iTunes said the backup couldn't complete because the backup was corrupt or incompatible. Now I've tried and tried a million free programs to try to recover the data from the backup or repair it. All I want is to recover my photos from the backup. Does anyone have any solutions that can recover my photos, or know of any free programs that will help me save the photos? I really don't care about anything else on my phone except the pics.
