LARGE VOLUME OF SPACE TAKEN UP BY CACHES AND APPLICATION SUPPORT
With only 20GB left on my HD (500 GB SSHD) on my Mid 2015 Macbook Pro 15", I used OmniDiskSweeper (running as root) to find the culprit. It was within my user folder (400.1 GB) and then within my /Library (227.5 GB) and then /Caches (126.1 GB) and /Application Support (91.2 GB). Should these be that big of file sizes? Can I delete all the items within my Cache folder being simply After Effects and Lightroom folders? Please help! I have attached a screenshot of the OmniDiskSweeper display.
