I don't know if the model A1633 can support the LTE net in China?

No. It will not support LTE in China. Return it and get your money back. If you need a phone that supports LTE in China, you will have to buy a phone in China.
I just returned from China and used my unlocked iPhone 6S A1633 with China Mobile service. I was able to get 4G speed of 60 mpbs, which is faster than any LTE speed I get in the USA.
I have bought iPhone6s few days ago, I noticed the model is A1633. But in China, the model is A1700, I worried about when I take it back to China, can i use it. Because the LTE in China is unique. Can i change to the model A1700?
