efilogin-helper using cpu since el capitan

Since I upgraded to El Capitan my computer has been running slower, when I looked in activity monitor to see what was going on I saw that efilogin-helper has been constantly using from 90-160% CPU. Just wondering if there is anything that I can do about it.
