Hi, my iPhone 5s 16gb suddenly turned off and now I can't get it to open.
I've tried manually resetting it by holing the sleep and home button at the same time but it didn't work. I tried to even restore it but it said there was an error and I'm really worried. I didn't drop it or anything, it just suddenly turned off.
