Video Unsupported Format

Hello Community,

I have recorded a few movies from my iPad and my iPhone but when I preview them from "Photos", there are only a few blank files with no description or content. It does not happen with all movie files, just some.

Is there any way to transfer those files from my devices onto a computer to have them checked?.
