My Developer Account details are not synced with my Apple ID Account details?

I am trying to renew and update my developer account details in my Developer Account Summary but the button to Account Details sends me to my Apple ID details. The details in my Apple ID account are correct but do not seem to sync up to my Developer Account details? I have moved countries so when I try to renew my developer membership program it still asks me for my address in my previous country and not my new country stated in my Apple ID account details so I cannot place in my new address with my new country.
