My computer, using Windows 10 does not recognize my iPhone 6. It stopped recognizing my 4s when I got this computer. The Apple connection used to pop up automatically when I plugged my phone into the computer, but no more. How can I fix this?

First of all, I would make sure that you have iTunes on your Windows computer before using it with your iPhone. Secondly, when you do have iTunes on your computer make sure you update it.

What "stopped recognizing" your 4S when you got that computer? The computer? If the computer was new, and it didn't recognize your phone, it did not "stop" recognizing it, it never recognized it from the word go.
Have you installed iTunes? iTunes is REQUIRED if you want to use your computer with the phone.
