need help factory resetting an iPhone 4

It seems as though I am currently in the worse position possible for resetting my iPhone 4. The power button is broken so I can't Factory restore it that way,if I unlock it, it goes back to the apple logo by itself, and I can't reset it on my iTunes, because Find my iPhone is on. Am I out of options that don't cost money, or is there another way?

There are no magic words that will fix broken hardware. Make an appointment at the genius bar and get the phone fixed / replaced.

I understand this, I'm merely asking for a way to restore to factory defaults with the problems mentioned, so I can fix my problems one at a time.
