I have an I-phone 6+ and my wife has a 5S. We both use the application WPS-DVR (Wirepath Surveillance) to monitor cameras at our home. Every was working fine then all of a sudden both phones started giving the "Error" message "Connect Failed". The application works on my Mac, but not on our phones. I have not found out how to contact the software application developer. Has anyone else had this problem?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.1, deleted app and reloaded & rebooted
