Signal loss when charging the phone

Hi,

I am facing a problem with my iPhone 6. When I put my phone on charging either through a USB power adapter or while connected to a computer, my phone looses signal and I cant make or receive any calls. As soon as I put my phone out of charging, it works fine. Please help.
