Just bought a MacBook Pro retina 13". Did a SN check and it says early 2015 but box has label saying 23.9.2015. A Black Friday buy saving £100 but should that have said its not the latest model. Is it going to be as good as the latest model?J

Thank you Foxfifth but i thought that the lastest had ElKapitan but mine has Yosemite. Havnt opened box yet incase i needed to take it back
It is the latest model. Also, at the time it was manufactured Yosemite was the current OS. El Capitan was released on September 30th. They don't go back and install it on all of the machines already in the pipeline. Open the box and enjoy it. The upgrade from Yosemite to El Capitan is a simple thing for you to do.
Also its an MF840B/A Does that prove its a 256GB model ( which i hope it is)
