boot camp

I upgraded my mac MacBook (13-inch, Aluminum, Late 2008) to OS X El Captain. I can see the boot camp on it but when I choose to restart from it, the screen goes white and it stays like that. I tried to use the solutions with using Gdisk or the terminal but it gives an error when I'm choosing the end point shown in number 8 in the discussions. please help.
